Mount Willard at the top of Crawford Notch offers a variety of easy and intermediate alpine routes in a exposed mountain setting. Classic routes such as Cinema Gully, Lower/Upper Hitchcock and much more.

Franconia Notch State Park is famous for Cannon Cliff which is the former sight of The Old Man of the Mountain before it fell down in 2003. A striking cliff thats more than a thousand feet tall at its apex. The Black Dike is a much sought after price that comprises of an alpine ice formation cutting the cliff in two.
